Dino Longi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Urbane Roost, a boutique homebuilding company he launched in 2015 that has since grown organically into a multimillion-dollar enterprise. Under his leadership, Urbane Roost has developed a strong reputation for building high-quality spec homes, custom residences, and thoughtful renovations throughout Central Austin. Dino is known for his strategic vision, deep industry expertise, and commitment to client service at every stage of the building process.

With over 20 years of experience in homebuilding and an early career in high-tech consulting, Dino brings a rare combination of analytical thinking and on-the-ground execution. He has successfully managed projects ranging from single-lot developments to large-scale communities of over 5,000 homes. His work spans all facets of construction—from land acquisition, code navigation, and architectural planning to team leadership, financial oversight, and client experience.

Dino is a licensed real estate broker and a trusted advisor to investors, architects, agents, and financial institutions.

He is frequently sought after for his deep understanding of Austin’s market dynamics, zoning ordinances, and development process. Known for his honesty, strategic insight, and collaborative leadership style, he also mentors other real estate professionals and leads diverse project teams with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Dino holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Since 2015, Kelly Longi has been the creative force behind the design of over 30 custom and spec homes across Central Austin, with projects ranging from $500K to $2M. With a focus on both interior and exterior design, Kelly brings a refined balance of aesthetics, functionality, and market-savvy strategy to every home—whether investor-driven or tailored for discerning residential clients.

Her designs are marked by thoughtful space planning, layered textures, and neutral palettes that reflect modern lifestyles. Known for her collaborative approach, Kelly works closely with architects, builders, clients, investors, and agents to align vision with budget and timeline. She brings meticulous attention to detail, from reviewing architectural plans to curating finish selections, and expertly manages multiple projects through every phase—from concept to completion.

Kelly’s work is driven by responsiveness, clear communication, and a passion for creating cohesive, livable spaces that elevate everyday living.

Kelly holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University.
