Founded by Dino Longi, Urbane Roost combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for driving smart, purposeful growth. Our team manages the entire development process, from land acquisition and entitlement to architecture, engineering, design, construction, and final delivery. Over Dino's 24 year career in Real Estate he was lead the development, construction, and sale of more than 3,500 homes across a wide range of markets and price points, from lot specific infill homes to luxury custom builds.
