The company was founded by Dino Longi and Matt Neal who have over 40 combined years of building experience in Texas, California, Nevada, Colorado, Mexico, and Australia.

 

Their experience includes all disciplines of Real Estate Development: Site Acquisition, Land Planning, Land Entitlement & Development, Architecture & Design, Sales & Marketing, Construction, Finance, and Mortgage. The team is responsible for the acquisition, development, construction, and sale of over 3,500 homes. They have built and sold homes ranging in size from 1,200 square feet to 5,000 square feet, with sales ranging from $150,000 to $11,000,000.
